A – Shipping & Address
- Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.
- Packages do not ship from our distribution center on Sunday or any US holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO military,
Freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States addresses at this time.
B – Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
C – Delivery status
When you place an order you will get a confirmation email once the order is confirmed. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping courier, you will get a shipped email, which includes the shipping carrier, tracking number, for See the latest shipping updates on the Order Tracking page.
D – Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address
E – Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered to be hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, fragrances etc.) These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground- only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. All orders containing hazardous materials must be shipped via Ground.
F – Refused Packages
A $12 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

H – Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email.
I – Combine orders
Unfortunately, you cannot combine your orders.
Full Refund Policy:
- To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by a customer. Unless the item(s) was initially purchased as Unboxed, the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition.
If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund.
- Damaged, mismatched, or missing items cannot be returned or refunded (fully or partially).
Shipping Policies for Returns:
- The customer should inform us by sending e-mail to customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- In cases of qualifying returns, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. The refund may include the price of the item, applicable taxes, and deduct shipping charges, gift wrapping and any other qualifying fees that may apply.
- If shipping was free for your order, $12 will be deducted from the credit.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
