Shipment & Return Policy

SHIPMENTS

A – Shipping & Address

  • Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.
  • Packages do not ship from our distribution center on Sunday or any US holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and DPO Address.
  • At this time, we only ship to contiguous United States & Canada addresses.

B – Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

C – Delivery status

You will get a shipped email when the order has been handed over to our shipping courier. This email includes the shipping carrier and tracking number for following the latest shipping updates.

D – Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.

E – Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered to be hazardous materials include Aerosols and Alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, fragrances etc.) These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation and air transport restrictions and regulations, should be shipped via Ground.

F – Refused Packages

A $20 will be deducted from refund of refused packages as Non-Delivery Fee.

H – Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email.

I – Combine orders

Unfortunately, you cannot combine your orders.

RETURNS

Full Refund Policy:

To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by  customer. Unless the item(s) was initially purchased as Unboxed, the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition.

If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund. Damaged, mismatched, or missing items cannot be returned or refunded (fully or partially).

Shipping Policies for Returns:

The customer should inform us by sending e-mail to customer service (support@amytisgift.com) with some Reasons for return and also send some photos for damaged shipment as proof to receive Return Authorization Number (RAN).

In cases of qualifying returns, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. The refund may include the price of the item, applicable taxes, and deduct shipping charges, gift wrapping and any other qualifying fees that may apply. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return for make exchange in full or partial not acceptable.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund will be made.

Cancelation

We will accept cancellation in orders by sending e-mail to our customer service (support@amytisgift.com) only by 8:00 Am of the next day of placing the order.

Subscription Box

Subscription boxes are excluded from our return & refund policy for shipped orders.

Every customer can cancel subscription plan order at any time.

Refund includes the total value of unshipped orders of subscription Plan and will be credited to the original form of payment.
